Accommodation

Panoramic

Panoramic was about increasing the perceived care of a stay. The identity extension focused on the small in-room and take-home details that make hospitality feel more intentional.

Context

Accommodation brands are judged through repeated details: what sits in the bathroom, what guests carry, what they photograph, and what they remember after checkout. We treated these objects as part of the guest experience.

Challenge

The challenge was to extend the brand without making the touchpoints feel like merchandise for its own sake. The applications had to add value to the stay.

Outcome

Panoramic gains a more coherent guest-facing layer, where amenities and objects make the stay feel more premium and deliberately cared for.

Process

How the work was shaped

01

Identify the high-contact objects

We looked at the moments a guest physically touches: amenities, apparel, and practical objects. These became the priority surfaces for the brand extension.

02

Shape a premium but usable tone

The design needed to feel more cared for without becoming precious. A guest-house identity still has to work in real rooms, bathrooms, bags, and staff workflows.

03

Build consistency across object types

The same logic had to move from shower gel to apparel. That meant keeping the visual language direct enough to work on different materials and scales.

Design choices

What the system needed to do

Amenities as proof of care

Premium in-room products were used to make the guest experience feel more complete. These small details help shift perception from functional stay to considered hospitality.

Apparel as quiet brand extension

The apparel direction keeps the brand present beyond the room without turning it into a loud souvenir.

Simple applications, better repetition

The visual system was kept clean so it could repeat across different guest objects without feeling cluttered.
